Music at Kinser Elementary School

In March, Kinser Elementary School celebrated Music in our Schools Month with a special student performance.

“Music is a great way for us to showcase what the arts, specifically the performing arts, means for our students and our school," said Hannah Howey, Kinser Elementary School music teacher. "One of the things that we love about performing arts is that it really is a home for social emotional learning and how kids can take big emotions and turn them into some kind of constructive art.”

By supporting music programs, DoDEA provides students with a well-rounded education, complete with authentic experiences and opportunities in the arts that promote college and career readiness.
